My Approach:                    

Every therapist is different and it's important for YOU to feel comfortable and supported as we work together to build a therapeutic relationship. As a Christian therapist, my goal is to create an environment of trust, and support, in order to help you regain control of your life.

In our therapy sessions, we will partner together to gain a better understanding of yourself, your relationships, triggers and behaviors. Together, we will create a plan as we consider your reasons for seeking therapy and set attainable goals that will create the necessary skills to move you into a place of healing and wholeness.

 

I think we can all agree that change can be really hard! I'll be with you every step of the way, making sure you feel supported.

Benefits of Therapy:

Working with a therapist gives you the tools and techniques to navigate everyday life, support you in making tough decisions, and provide you with positive coping techniques.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 says, "Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help" (NLT).

​

I've always loved this bible verse and I think it speaks strongly to the mindset that I carry in working with my clients. It can be HARD to do life on our own. We can take comfort in knowing that God has people to come alongside us, lift us up when we are down, and help us figure out how to keep moving forward when it seems impossible to do so.

 

This is what I strive for as your therapist.
